DESCRIPTION:Tous les mardis\, Nirina t’invite à prendre du temps pour toi lors d’une séance de yoga Vinyasa énergisante et relaxante. Pendant une heure et quart\, nous nous focaliserons sur nos sensations intérieures\, par une exploration du corps\, du mental et du souffle. \nChaque classe débute par un moment d’introspection et d’échauffement\, comprenant des exercices de respiration et de visualisation. Vient ensuite le flow : enchainement de postures fluide et amusant synchronisé avec la respiration. Une phase de relaxation finale ou de médiation clôture la séance afin que le corps intègre toute la pratique. \nLe cours est accessible à tous. Après quelques années de pratique\, l’envie de transmettre sa passion pour le yoga l’a poussée à suivre une formation en yoga Vinyasa (YTT 200h certifié Yoga Alliance).
